A two-hour design workshop that allows the skilled audience of Baltimore Innovation Week to dive deep into the challenges of 2-1-1 and provide ideas to effectively help and connect central Marylanders to health and human resources.

Participants will learn about the 2-1-1 Maryland United Way Helpline and will walk through the Human Centered Design process to learn how to ideate and prototype solutions to the challenges of connecting people to community resources.
