Kait LeDonne is an experienced sales and marketing professional who has been the Marketing Manager of Mariner Finance since starting the department in 2011.

Under her leadership, Mariner Finance’s Marketing Department has tripled in size to accommodate the rapid growth of the company. She orchestrated the overhaul of all major brand assets, and oversaw the implementation of marketing technology and strategy that has been instrumental in increasing company revenue year over year. An enthusiast for women in business and the development of young professionals, Kait sits on the advisory board at Stevenson University’s Brown School of Business and Leadership and volunteers at Dress for Success. She is also the founder of ChicExec, a blog that promotes women in business and professional style alongside personal branding.

Ms. LeDonne graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Towson University.
