In his role as the Chief Technology Officer, Sa'ad provides oversight to the software development teams as both a technical leader and mentor. He also oversees the project management team and is involved in the planning and execution of client work.

Sa'ad has over two decades of experience in software development and systems integration. As an engineer and consultant, he has successfully implemented solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as John Deere, Merck, Verizon, IBM, and Bethlehem Steel. Additionally, Sa'ad has designed and developed systems that facilitate customer relationship management, heavy equipment manufacturing, human resources information systems, consumer e-commerce, and business-to-business e-commerce solutions. Sa'ad also teaches Software Engineering Design and Development at a variety of universities within the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
