Noah Weiner is CEO and co-founder of Avhana Health, a clinical decision support platform that delivers the right information at the right time in electronic health records. Previously, he studied checklists at the Armstrong institute of Patient Safety and was part of the innovation and the transformation team of the electronic health record project at Johns Hopkins. Avhana Health was founded in the inaugural DreamIt Health Baltimore accelerator.
